穂苅 英樹

大学院修了後、東証プライム上場の準大手ゼネコンに入社し、マンション・商業施設の施工管理、ならびに直売所新築プロジェクトの作業所長を経験。

その後、デベロッパー系のプロパティマネジメント業務に従事。管理会社勤務時代に、父が室内カビを原因とする肺炎を患い、全国のカビ取り業者を探したものの、信頼して任せられる業者が見つからず、自らカビ除去を行った。

この経験を原点として、父と同じようにカビによって命を落としたり、住まいや大切な思い出の品を失ったりする人を少しでも減らしたいとの思いから、2014年にハーツリッチ株式会社を設立。

以来、累計10,000件以上のカビに関する相談・問題解決に携わり、カビ対策施工件数は5,000件を突破。

現在は、慶應義塾大学大学院に在籍し、気象データと建築データを統合したAIカビ予報システムの開発に取り組んでいる。

Hokari Hideki joined a mid-sized general contractor listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market after completing graduate school, where he worked in construction management for condominium and commercial facility projects and later served as site manager for a newly built farmers’ market project.

He subsequently engaged in developer-affiliated property management. During that period, his father suffered pneumonia caused by indoor mold. Although he searched nationwide for a reliable mold-removal company, he was unable to find one he could truly trust, which led him to carry out the remediation himself.

This experience became the foundation of his mission. Determined to prevent others from losing their lives, homes, or treasured belongings to mold as his family had nearly done, he founded Haezrich Inc. in 2014.

Since then, he has been involved in resolving more than 10,000 mold-related consultations and cases, while the number of mold remediation projects conducted by his company has exceeded 5,000.

He is currently enrolled in the Graduate School of Media and Governance at Keio University, where he is working on the development of an AI-based mold forecasting system integrating meteorological and building data.
