

大学院修了後、東証プライムの準大手ゼネコンに入社。 マンション・商業施設の施工管理、直売所新築プロジェクトの作業所長を経験。
その後、デベロッパー系プロパティマネージメントに従事。管理会社時代に父がカビに よる肺炎を患い、全国のカビ取り業者を探したが無く、自分でのカビ取りを実施。
その経験もあり、父と同じようにカビで命を落とす、カビで家や想い出の物を処分するというつらい経験をして欲しくないと思い、2014年ハーツリッチ株式会社を設立。 現在累計約10,000件のカビの悩みを解決し、カビ対策施工件数も5,000件を突破。

【Development of an AI-Based Mold Forecasting System Integrating Meteorological and Building Data】
Hokari Hideki is a mold-prevention specialist and the founder of Haezrich Inc., a company that has supported more than 10,000 households and buildings struggling with mold issues and completed over 5,000 professional remediation projects across Japan.
After completing graduate school, he joined a mid-sized construction company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market, where he worked in construction management for condominium and commercial facility projects, and later served as site manager for a new farmers’ market development.
He then moved into developer-affiliated property management. During that period, his father suffered fatal pneumonia caused by indoor mold. Despite searching nationwide, he could not find a reliable mold-removal company—leading him to conduct the remediation himself.
This experience fundamentally changed his career trajectory.
Determined to ensure that no one else would lose their home, treasured belongings, or loved ones to mold, he founded Haezrich Inc. in 2014. Since then, he has dedicated himself to advancing mold-prevention technology, on-site remediation, and public awareness.
Research Focus
Development of an AI-Based Mold Forecasting System Integrating Meteorological and Building Data
He is currently working on integrating large-scale field data, meteorological information, and building-environment parameters to develop Japan’s first AI-driven, real-time mold risk prediction framework.
